With effect from today, I am now a full time staff! My TM does not need to wait till February next year (end of my contract) to convert me from Contract Customer Service Representative to full time Customer Service Representative. He can do so now.
Of course, if I am a full time staff, I have to serve probation. Standard probationary period of 3 months. It does not matter to me if I have to undergo probation again as long as I have a job and a full time permanent one!
Hmm... Perhaps this is the career for me? I thank Allah for the His grace and mercy. To think of it, if my TM waits till my contract ends in February next year and then he will convert me to full time, I have to serve 3 months probation and that will end in May 2011. Only after May 2011 then I will be entitled to all the benefits.
As for now, my TM converted me from contract to full time and of course I have to serve 3 months probation period and that will end in February next year. After February 2011, I will then be entitled to all the benefits. Does it make any difference? Nah, no difference at all.
Now what matter most is I love my job. I did not get tired easily... I spent time chit-chatting on the phone. Even if customers were to shout at us, no one will hear... only myself and the customer can hear each other. If I take a long break, no backlogs to worry about. If I make mistakes, my TM or TL will see me personally and advise / reprimand me should need be...there is no shouting right and left, up and down creating a scene in the office.
If let's say in future (2 to 3 years to come), I wanna find a better offer.... I have decided which field to go to... NO MORE OFFICE / ADMIN WORK!!

I have my reasons why I send the below message to someone else other than my own relative. My reason: This is my facebook...I can give whatever messages to whoever I want. Why must make such a fuss about it. And I have the intention on doing so... I wanna know how they react when I strike. Don't understand? Boleh tak if u ask ur dad to ajak my uncle & family to tumpang at ur dad's house sementara tunggu they all dpt umah baru? Bukan nyer apa... Dorang da lama tumpang umah my dad & soon umah tu will be mine coz my dad kasi umah tu kat I. Cuma ader problem. I check with HDB that umah my dad still got outstanding loan & my dad nyer CPF tak cukup untuk bayar the house loan. If by December, my dad tak bayar by cash to HDB, my dad tkder umah because HDB will reposses the house. I dgr mcm tu I teringatkan my atuk. Mana dia nk tinggal? Lgpun, sekarang dia sakit.
My dad kept asking my uncle when dpt umah. But my uncle keeps saying that HDB delays it, which I tak rasa HDB will do that UNLESS my uncle ader bad records witb HDB. FYI, at first, my uncle tell my dad that in May will get a house, then August & now he claims October. My dad da fed up & worried coz HDB told me that in October my dad nyer CPF da abis byr loan for the house so the following months for a period of 10 years, my dad kena byr cash to HDB. 6 bulan tak bayar, 1st warning letter, lg 3 bulan lepas dpt 1st letter masih tk byr, 2nd letter & after 1 mth after the issuance of 2nd letter masih tak bayar, my dad lose his hse...!
That's y I am willing to take ownership of the house. My mum & grandma allowed me to do so tpi dorang nk my uncle leave the house and get a place of his own for his family 1st then I can go to HDB tukar nama. I have to do the transfer ASAP in order to save the house & for the sake of my atuk & of coz kalau I da jadi the owner, I have 2stay there. But I doubt my uncle & family will move out. They will stay there till I dun knw when.
I hope u boleh try explain to ur dad & suruh ur dad pelawa my uncle & family to tumpang ur house for a while till he got a place to stay. Kalau my uncle tak nak tumpang umah ur dad or ur dad tk pelawa Cik Sarip, then I got no choice... I will nekad go & do the transfer & after everything is approved, I had to do the legal way to get them out becoz I will be the owner & owner has the right to decide who stays & who goes.
FYI, the names of my uncle & family are NOT listed as Occupier of my dad's hse. According to HDB's records, my dad is listed as owner, my atuk & myself as occupier.
Harap u can understand. I have a feeling my atuk won't live long & atuk ever mentioned to me when I visited him in hospital dulu that b4 dia tutup mata, he wants me to take ownership of my dad's house coz he said I have the right. Now, I dpt tau my atuk not well & wearing pampers... I fear his days will be outnumbered soon...
Kalau u kesian kan my atuk, hope u can do this favour for me. Ur dad can also speak to me if he wants, I dun mind. If by end of Nov, I hear no news of my uncle moving out of the house, I'm really sorry but I have 2 seek legal way...
