My resignation withdrawal is not approved. I have expected it. Anyway, here's the story.
Remember about the entry I wrote to that someone? Well, she has been fired. Not because she still make noise regarding it but due to her poor work performance. (Pls refer to 18 September 2009 entry)
Next could be me. I do not have any bad work performance but mine is a diff case. I resigned and wish to take it back and Director has said it is a NO. Reason: It is so unprofessional to resign and withdraw. So he cannot accept. However. . . .
On 15 October, she was asked to leave immediately. For everyone's info... Director wants me to leave too, but my supervisor fought for me. She told him that both of us are in the same dept and she didn't want both of us to leave at the same time. Director understands that. So he gave my supervisor the choice of whom she wants to stay for the time being.
She chose me. And Director as well as HR gave me one month to "improve" myself. The improvement is... Director has assigned me to do 10% of my supervisor duties apart from my own duties. With that new 10% new duties, he gave me one month to prove to him that I can perform my new 10% duties. If I can perform well, no complains whatsoever... he allowed me to stay for good.. However, while I am performing my new 10% duties and if there is one minor mistake, I shall not be pardoned.
Am I upset? I am not. I know this is partly my fault. She made me angry and I ranted it all out in my blog and she read it and she made a big fuss and demand to see my parents, hence, with my impulsive decision, I resigned. When I realized that I acted on impulse, I decided to withdraw my resignation. Director has come to a decision and he said NO. Duration given, one more month. One month w.e.f 15 October 2009.
Ya ALLAH.. Please guide me through all these. I am also searching for a job too. Just in case.

I have got a new part time job!
Working days are Tues, Wed and Thurs (7.30pm to 9.30pm) and Sat (2pm to 5pm). My job is only to set appointment.
Start? Tentatively on 13 October.
Wages? There are 2 packages to choose from. First, $5 per hour + $50 per successful deal (not inclusive of sucessful appointments being set up). Second, $7 per hour. What did I choose? I chose the latter. I have no confidence that I can call someone and though the someone wants to have an appointment with the manager, it does not mean that the someone wants the deal, true?
Oh, forgot to fill in the details as in what company. Well, it is Walton International. Dealing in Land Banking. *smiles*
Now, my blog is private due to something happen. Else, I would love to share this info to everybody. Anyway, if I publicize this blog, I am sure everyone knows my salary from my full time job. Definitely those typical people will say, "Maria is so greedy... Full time salary so much already, still wanna a part time job." Well, they don't understand the reason why.
Only those avid readers and close friends will know why. I have 3 people to support. With my full time salary, I doubt it'll be enuff.
Got to go.. I wanna play Cafe World in Facebook. =D
