Hello..
Well, I am not really been in hiatus, just that I have been very very very busy. Lots of duties and responsibilities...
How time flies... I have been in the new job for more than a month. How do I find it? Interesting BUT stress! Hah
(Yang penting, FB can access... Nyahahahaha... Just kidding)
Huh? Ok, let me refresh U then... My new designation is HUMAN RESOURCES & CORPORATE SERVICES EXECUTIVE. Fuh! Bukan main gah siak nama.. Designation memang canggih but duties and responsibilities very the alot! I have to do liase with payroll (the company has engage a payroll company to do payroll for us), follow up with MoM on renew work permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, update to payroll company on the newcomers and fwd to payroll the newcomers' copy of NRIC, bank account details, schedule for interview (HR Role), do Organization Chart, schedule meetings for Managers, type letters for the Managing Director (MD), Corporate Development Director (CDD), order this and that, if server down... staff comes to me (Corporate Service Role) and if I know how to solve it (I am also an I.T Diploma graduate, remember), I'll handle it but if I can't, I will liase with the I.T people (same: company has engage I.T company).
And here is the next so-called exciting news...
My direct boss is the HR & CS Director. Both of us are under the MD. The MD may want to put me more into Corporate + Marketing. I am not so sure but she kept saying for the past 1 week, "you are in corporate... corporate relation... blah blah blah.." then when it comes to HR, she goes to my colleague, the Accounts Executive whom, I believe the MD may want to transfer her to the designation of HR CS Senior Exec...
Well, once if I know anything, I will update in this blog. Oh, the new office? Yup, we target the date to move to new place, 178 Paya Lebar (nearest: McPherson Circle line mrt) on 30 April but we have to postpone it till 28th May due to some of the demolition work halfway done still.
Ok peeps, till I update this blog again yeah...
