ECSF's D & D 2009 - Blockbuster Theme

I am going for the above. I understand that my withdrawal to resign is not accepted and I have to be dismissed on 15 October 2009 together with another colleague but Allah somehow helped me. My supervisor tells the management and director that she still needs me. I am grateful and thankful. Allah knows everything. Maybe 15 October was not the time for me to leave yet, that's why I am still here.

I have R.S.V.P to the above. I will keep praying to Allah to allow me to work in my current company till after year end. InsyaAllah, Allah will answer my prayers. Anyway, for this year's D & D, the theme will be BLOCKBUSTER NIGHT. We will have to dress up as a movie character from 9 blockbuster movies selected.

There are 9 movies. I am in luck. Thanks to ALLAH. I am in the same table as Kak OLIN! Maybe Allah has hinted me something? I'll leave it to ALLAH for his decision. ALLAH knows best. Anyway, I am in the same table as Kak Olin. Well, if I am still staying put till D & D, at least I have a few to talk to (who are neutral - NEITHER on my side NOR others - use their brains to tell them whether it is right or wrong). If I am staying put till D & D and I am in the same table as most of the pple who are NOT on my side and NOT even feeling NEUTRAL, do u think I will be able to enjoy the D & D? ALLAH is being just and fair to his people. Amin

I am in Team 3 - Jodhaa Akbar! Bollywood babey!! Costumes? I have to rent. I do have Indian friends but I dun like to borrow their baju la.. Pantang u know. My grandma says, "kalau pinjam baju org, kalau org tu da kahwin, kau pinjam lak suami dia.." I dun know if that pepatah does exist but I dun wish to borrow. I'll rent.

When is the D & D?

4 DECEMBER 2009. InsyaAllah, if Allah wills it, I will be there.

The Lady

Amy Maria, 27 year old femme, who loves singing as her passion. Relatively a quiet person, especially towards people she doesn't know very well. However, people who she call her friends, know her as a very cheerful, friendly and a little talkative kinda person. Basically, she thinks everybody can reach nearly every goal, just need a great portion of staying power, motivation, and enthusiasm. She also believes that she's patient and relatively calm - in the past, even so, sometimes she still can be very quick-tempered. On the contrary, most of the time she loves to accept challenges. She has purity and sweetness of a girl. And no matter how old she get, she can stay youthful. She also possesses a motherly character. She is kind and can show consideration to others. Once she starts on something, she will not give up half way, or show weakness. She knows how to get on in life. She is rather suspicious type of person. She doesn't tend to take every word of other person straightly.
