The Sunday part time job.
The makcik now has been delaying my payment. First, she would give cash, then decided to change the mode of payment to bank transfer. Usually, the bank transfer will take place an hour after I ended up work. Then after constantly doing that, makcik transfer tomorrow morning.
Nowadays, its not the next morning... For yesterday's pay, I should be getting it today via transfer and makcik has not transferred to me yet. I wonder why the delay? Not the first time... Has happen already before.
So, my concern is... should I stay on working at the cafe on Sunday or tell the shop owner of my Saturday job that I wish to tend the shop on both days? Sighz.. For Saturdays, the shop owner is there.. even if she's not, she will call and tell me or anyone in the shop to pay me the salary - deduct from float or sales. I got cash on hand on the spot. No delay.
But I kinda like the job at the cafe. More relaxing than the one on Saturday.. I get to watch TV on Sundays =) get to eat + sit when no one's around... For Saturday, I can't. Customers came in to browse and after they browse, the place may be in a mess.. I have to clean it up. U know when u go Bossini or Giordano and would like to see the t-shirts, u would take it out and see then just put back isn't it? And the salesgirl will come over and fold the t-shirts properly..
So, on Saturday same thing. Pple come in and take a look at the belly dance costumes, after which if they dun like they put it away at another place. We have to place it properly and even fold it nicely. TIRING U KNOW!!!
Walane! I dun do housework at home but I have no choice. I have to do it for $$. Else, I wont have enuff $$ for expenses.. Sighz.. My nenek often reminding me to quit the part time job. I do not want her to worry about my finances so I kep quiet.. I will quit only after I have enuff for myself, only after I know how to balance my financial protfolio, only after I have cleared most of my "debts".
Gym membership OVER!! So, the debts are: My nenek's, GE Ezyloan and the insurance monthly payout. So if I have cleared one of them, I may consider to quit my part time job. Rite now I am looking for a new part time job to replace the Sunday job. I can't stand the delay. Makcik should have trust in me that I was there so why dun she just pay on that day itself, latest the next morning? However now... it's not even the next morning, which is today. Makcik called me to say tomorrow she will transfer.. Sighz..
P/S: My Saturday job is at belly dancing shop and there is a studio upstairs and if u're interested to know how belly dancing is or even want to learn belly dancing, please feel free to approach me and I'll sign u up..
