I just hate it.. Simply fcuking hate it..
Now I understand why my grandma used to say this, "Kerja dgn ramai org melayu, susah."
Which is TRUE! I experience it myself! If da workplace has a partition, da above statement wont matter to me but D & B DOESNT HAVE / DOESNT WANT to have a partition; it is open space! So, ur neighbours can kepo and know what da hell u were doing! Most 'importantly', they would MONITOR UR DRESSING!
Sigh, I dun know how start but I have to vent this all out! I just CANT ENDURE IT anymore!
Well, I have tons of clothes in my wardrobe. Every morning before I went to school or to work, I always have to crack my brains to choose da clothes I wanna wear cos it is simply just too many..
Sometimes I wore da same group of clothes for work every day! Only yesterday, I wore one particular clothing - blue colour which I wore for one of da idol rdshows - which I bought it 5 years ago.
Guess what? One of da staffs asked me (translate to English), "Wah, MBS.. new 'baju' ah". I said to her, "Aah? No lah.. Old one ah bought 5 years ago... " I havent finish my sentence when I was interrupted with, "I thought u buy new 'baju'."
Like.. duh?!! My grandma was right. She has prevented me from wearing those clothes that I usually not wear because she knows this kind of questioning will happen! I did listen to her but somehow, I sumtimes find it boring to wear da same old group of clothes. Besides, "they" may think that I am a poor working lady who always reused all her clothes to wear! So, I dun want "them" to have that perception so is it wrong for me to wear those old clothes of mine - which I seldomly wear?! IS IT WRONG?!! JUST BECOZ THEY HADNT SEEN ME WEARING A CERTAIN CLOTHING, THEY CANT ALWAYS ASSUME, I BOUGHT IT! JUST BECOZ THEY HADNT SEEN ME WEARING A CERTAIN CLOTHING, THEY MAY THINK IT IS NEW; I JUST BOUGHT IT!!
*if only D & B has a partition, I dun think this matters, coz they wont be seeing u..u do ur work, they do theirs.. no busybodies prying on ur life!*
So, now I am contemplating, should I be wearing a set of clothes which I had not wear for a long time to work? I feared that if I wear it, they may think, I bought it! *eyes rolling* Today? well, for today, I 'recycle'. I wear those clothes I used to wear for work (since da day I started work at D & B) again!
Sigh.. WHY DO THEY BOTHER! IF IT IS INDEED A NEW 'BAJU', SO? WHATS THEIR MATTER?!
