READ da above. I went for 3 shows in 1 day. Yup.. ALL in ONE day. All 3 shows FEATURING HADY MIRZA!!!!
It doesnt matter if it happens on da saturday where I have to work (I am working on alternate Saturday and since Oct 21 is Deepavali - public holiday, and it falls on my OFF, my OFF is brought forward to last week - 28 Oct)
Work or no work.. I WILL COME TO GIVE HADY MIRZA my full support.. I wasnt alone.. I joined da HADY MIRZA FANCLUB, remember? So I got an email notification frm the administrator, Anthony abt da above 3 shows. I replied to ask for his number in case I cant locate da plc..
Of coz I can locate da plc.. it is at TAKASHIMAYA S.C!!! I saw a huge crowd there. I see, it was da Subaru RX Challenge!! And I saw da stage!! I called Anthony to knw where are all da HapyHadys (da name for members of HADY MIRZA FANCLUB) gathered.
I saw them.. I recognized Anthony coz he was da one who sang "I'll Make Love to you" on stage on da 16 Sept Plaza Singapura rdshow. I approached them (yes, at tat time, there were 2 0f them - Anthony and MsNis) and intro myself as, 'amyria' (coz tats da name I registered in http://www.hady-mirza.com/forum/)
Meeting time: 2.30pm. Hady performed at tat stage in conjunction with da Subaru RX Challenge. He appeared at 3.30pm or so. While meeting for da rest of da HapyHadys, we sat down and bought Manja magazine at a smaller stage beside da Subaru RX Challenge stage. I bought a copy. Coz later at 4.30pm, there will be Manja autograph signing session.
Guess wat?
Since I arrived there at 1.30pm, I am in queue NO. 5!!! yES!!! Manja Autograph signing session only limited to First 50.. AND I WAS IN QUEUE NO. 5!!! OMG.. I felt very excited!!! Cant believe I will be able to meet Hady FACE TO FACE!!! Yahoo!!!
Queue No. 1 is of course, da administrator, No.2 da secretary (MsNis), No. 3 (adik Nur_Asirah), No. 4 (Adik Taufik), No. 5 (ME!!!) Da rest of da HapyHadys like Qing Yun (atomicfeel - her name in HapyHadys), Dila, Shaf, Nora, Michelle (minami - her name in HapyHadys) and 3 other malay gals came after queue No. 8.
Dira, was there too but not interested in da autograph.. juz wanna take pics only.. And we have HapyHadys very own photographer, uncle VE too - yup, da oldest HapyHadys among us all..very supporting. . .
We were concentrating hard on da contestants of Subaru RX Challenge as well as hearing da comments from two emcees, Flying Dutchman and Daniel Ong until WE DIDNT NOTICE HADY MIRZA WALKING TOWARDS DA BACKSTAGE.. We were near da backstage.. I heard some aunties calling out, "hey Hady!" I turned and OMG!! HE WAS THERE WALK STEADILY TOWARDS DA BACKSTAGE.. He noticed us and he waved at us.. OMG.. Swoon by him!!!! Da rest of da HapyHadys was like, "where did he come from?"
Time check. 3.40 pm.. Flying Dutchman and Daniel Ong mentioned, "Now, let's welcome our Singapore Idol.. HADY MIRZA!!" And they WE WERE SCREAMING AWAY!! Before he performed, he mentioned.. "I wld like to thank da HAPYHADYS for being here." We screamed even louder!!!
He sang, "You Give Me Wings" and "U've Got A Friend". His album will be out on 13 NOVEMBER.. Mark da date in ur calendar!!! Aft his performance, we went to da Manja autogragh booth and queue.. My heart kept beating and beating.. Very nervous as I was abt to meet him FACE TO FACE..
Time check. 4.30pm. We didnt need to wait for him for long.. He was ON TIME!! Tis is it!! Aft No.4, was my turn. Both of us said "HI" at da same time!! And both of us smiled at da same time!! I introduced myself to him, "I am Maria" Den we shake hands.. Aww... Finally.. I got to 'touch' his hands..
I turned to a page where I wanted him to sign.. He asked, "How to spell ur name?" I spelt it out for him. Here is his signature:
And guess what's next? Aft he signed, I asked him to post for a picture.. *big smile* yes.. a picture.. A nice one ... He is smiling at me!!! U can go ahead and be swoon and smitten by tat for all I care BUT let me inform u guys tHis, THAT WAS DA CLOSEST VIEW OF HADY MIRZA I GOT SO FAR!!! Soon, it'll be more closer.. Yeah.. a picture of only 2of us.. If tat happens, I WILL FRAME IT UP!!!
Aft tat, we headed off to Ang Mo Kio for Project Love concert. Performances by Hong Junyang (da fourth plc winner of Project Superstar) and of course, HADY MIRZA!!!
Over at Ang Mo Kio, we met more HapyHadys like Samantha, Iffaaaah, Fatimah and her sis and a group of mats and minahs.. As usual, while he was performing, we sang along.. For Project Love, he sang "Freedom", "Lagenda" and "You Give me Wings".
Aft his performance, we headed home but n0t before a speech by our PM Lee Hsien Loong.. Yes, Lee Hsien Loong.. Dun forget we were at Ang Mo Kio, he was MP for Ang Mo Kio.. Aft his speech, balloons with heart-shaped came pouring in and each of us took one..
I brought home "Hady's heart's" with me.. Heehee..
Today was definitely MY MOST HAPPIEST DAY!!! For da reasons: Meeting Hady FACE-TO-FACE, SHAKE HIS HANDS, TALK TO HIM AND HE SMILE FOR A PIC FOR ME.. Aww.. All this thanks to Anthony, da administrator of Hady Mirza Fanclub.. If it wasnt for u, I WONT GET TO SEE HIM LIVE AND FACE-TO-FACE!!! A million thanks.
