I've not been updating much lately but so wat?! This is my blog. My own space in the server world. I can do whatever and whenever I like at my own pace. Ok..an update abt my job. First time eva, I worked for more than 8 hours on Friday!! Yeah! First ime in history! Kyocera is having a big project from mid-November to end December. And, they need more resources for tat. So, instead of hiring new people, since I am a part time staff there (working hours: 1.00pm to 5.30pm), I was asked to come for the whole day since 14th November onwards. Whole day meaning, da usual office hours: 0830am to 0530pm. Tat means, I worked overtime coz according to da contract which I signed on 13th December 2004 (1st day of job), it stated tat as a part time staff, I am required to work at a certain hours; in tis case - 1pm to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) and rate given will be $7.50 an hour. Should I was asked to work for extra hours, same rate will be given. Every month, I got a range of pay from $525 to $575 (after CPF contribution) but for November, I will get more than $575 after CPF contribution due to da big project Kyocera is having. On Friday, I worked from 0830am to 0800pm!! I spent exactly 12 hours in office!! I came at 0800am tat day and thot tat I can finished work at official time 0530pm but darn, I have to finish work by Friday!! So, I stayed and I still cant finish da required job by 8pm but my supervisor said it was ok. He understand tat maybe da work load I was given is too much. Nah, it wasnt tat much, it was something I always do! >> WEBSITE!! Heh.. My blog, I kept updating and changing da layouts of my blog at home, so y not I use tat skill for my job? Well, my company wished to revamp their website: www.kcap.net so, they asked me to do it. yeah, me doing it without any assistance at all. On 14th November, my assigned task was not to update da website as yet, I did other assigned task only on 24th November, my assignment of updating da website began. Boy, it was tedious I tell u! Very complicated. They want me to use tables for their website.. I have a headache man! All i did on 24th Nov to 25th Nov is updating da Java Games alone! Still have ringtones, cover tones as well as wallpapers to be uploaded and updated to da website!!! Dateline: 29th Nov!! Can I finished doing all those by Tues?? Furthermore, I have an interview at da headquarters of DAS >> Dsylexia Association of Singapore on Wednesday at 10.30am. If I cant finished da updating of website by Tuesday, I may have to come back on Wednesday whole day again to do it. How? Finally the Singapore Idol audition is gonna take place again in February 2006. I dont know if I'm gonna take part it the tryout again. Hate all the waitings and I hate my guts. Still in dilemma...to go or not to go. I backed out last year. So, shall I give it a shot at it again?
