3 June 1998
I wanted to write this since early Feb but keeps forgetting. But now, I had to write as it is da same thing happen today. Since this happens to me for more than once, i guess, i have to write.
Muhd Hafidz Basri.. I am not trying to say that I am "S.S(Shock Sendiri)" or "Perasan" but I think..(just a wild, innocent guess) that maybe he has a crush on me..
Today is da 2nd time he did tat. Did wat? well, the first time I got to know him was when he and I hit against each other's shoulders when we were buying food during recess time. It was after Hari Raya Puasa and before Talentime 1998. I apologised to him because I didnt mean to "langgar" him. Instead of saying: "its ok" or "neva mind", he winked at me and walked off. Huh? At that time,i didnt care much coz I have only this thought on my mind: "I think there's something wrong with his eyes".
The 2nd time is today at Ginza Plaza-McDonalds. After my Physics remedial lessons, I went to McDonalds to eat hash brown and I met him again! Well, we are in the same sch (but from diff class - he's in sec 4 n I am in sec 3) but we seldom bumped into each other in sch except that fateful day and of course during his band performance for Talentime 1998. His band(he - the lead singer n lead guitarist) won SECOND.
So, today is my 3rd time bumping into him. I'd always go to any fast food restaurant alone WITHOUT any friend accompanying me.. why? Well,when I eat.. I wsihed to eat alone.. why? Concentrate on the food lah! If eat with friends, no concentration! Only distraction and disturbance!
As I was saying, I was alone at McDonalds.. So was he! He was sitting where I could still see him!(But I had to make sure, he did not notice). After he had finished his breakfast meal(wat a heavy appetite!) he stood up and winked at me once again! I thought he was winking at other girls so, Iturned and looked all around the restaurant.. No other girls in sec sch uniforms there! So, that means, he really winked at me..
Huh? So coincidential? Why was there always something in his eyes whenever he saw me? Becoz of that,he had to wink at me with his handsome face! Hah.. *Maria, dun get too excited as yet, it is just getting started*
30 June 1998
Today, all Sec 4 Normal Acad pupils came! They had Preliminary exam - English paper 1. And guesswhat? Of course, Hafidz Basri was there and he went home together with me. Huh? No lah! I mean we took the same bus home. But..
While he was in the bus, he didnt smile at me. He acted as if he did not know me. He pulled a longface. Was it becoz of my hair? (Well, I've cut my hair short) or was it becoz of the paper? Sigh..Maybe he didnt notice me.
13 July 1998
At 10.35 am (that was already 10 mins recess, 15 mins to go), I saw Hafidz Basri. Yeah (2x), no big deal BUT for 2day, he kept looking at me. *Yeah(2x) everytime when I wrote abt him is always"he looked at me" *
I was with my Chinese classmates and as they talked to one another in Mandarin which I dun understandso while I was drinking my iced milo, i looked here and there.
When I turned and saw a glance of him, I saw him smiling at me and nodding his head. Hmm, I dun think he was smiling at me becoz he was talking to his friend who said something that made him smile.
However, after that, he looked at me like not the usual way. He looked/stared at me and latersmiled. I was stunned. I dun know wat the hell I was thinking so I just smile at him! Gosh!
