*Sigh! I don know if I shld publish this but I think I shld coz THIS IS MY BLOGSITE.. MY OWN WISH.. Nazrul had read my blog last nite well, I think not only last nite, he will read it as and when he's free and there's his name and he didnt even mind.. So, that means it is my own wish to do wateva i like with my blogsite.... *
So, here goes.. I do not know if I had publish that I am in charge of singing.. So far there are already 6 girls participating for the singing.. And the song that the girls gonna sing is "Lucky" by Britney Spears.. Since the song has something to do with winning a trophy.. I brought mine for practicing.. I won the singing trophy back in year 1997...(Sec 2)
One of them did not believe that the trophy is mine.. Well, apparently so coz the trophy doesnt have my name BUT that person cant assume that I borrowed the trophy from someone else or worse, picked it up from elsewhere.. Well, maybe tat person meant it as a joke but mcm menyindir ah.. Tak suka...
Another one asked if the judges were just like me.. (u know, SELENGER just like me). Hey, tats very insulting coz the judges were the Teachers! Two of them are my favourite teachers: Mdm Roslinda and Mrs Chiang.. How could the teachers been called selenger!!?
When I told that the judges were the teachers themselves, another question was, "Did they wear an ear plug?" Well, I cant remember if the teachers did use the ear plug or not coz it has been 7 years so I assume they did and nodded my head.. And I got this as a reply: No wonder ah.. they cant hear properly.... Thats insulting too... Coz 1) it means to say that the teachers were deaf.. and 2) I dun have a nice voice(my voice sucks when I sang) *well, I dun know how to judge my voice.. I just sing and let the teachers did their fair judging..*
Well, I dun care much coz maybe this is a matter of jealousy... And in fact... I didnt sing BRITNEY SPEARS' song.. I sang KEMBALILAH by AMY MASTURA.. And thats how my name, Amy Maria came abt.. Nope, I DIDNT COPY the name from the singer.. I was given tat name..by my friends and seniors.. Whenever the seniors saw me, they wld called out : "Hi, Amy Maria, nyanyi kan abg2 (dan kakak2- if the seniors happened to be girls) ni semua lagu kakakmu.."
And my instincts tells me tat some pple thinks tat I am "stealing" Amy Mastura's name, so I shortened the name Amy Maria to Amyria..
Well, I will heed Ainn's words: JUST DUN CARE WAT OTHERS SAY ABT U, THEY JEALOUS OF U TATS WHY THEY SAY ALL SORT OF THINGS.. JUST LOOK HIGH UPON YOURSELF AND DONT CARE TOO MUCH.. THEY WILL EVENTUALLY STOPPED..
And not forgetting Mokhtar's words : Be true to yourself.. (Yah, I am being true to myself and telling the truth tat the trophy is MINE)
